What & Why?
The following data is collected before, during and after your booking has been confirmed. The following information collected is:
Names, Address and Contact Information of the person(s) booking.
If you e-mail or send a messages via social media or the contact form of the website these messages are filed within my email system or social media accounts. These messages are stored for the period of time until your day is completed and images delivered
The majority of my date is collected via my contact for, face to face during meetings or via messages on social media. I never gain information from other parties.
Most of the data collected is solely for the purpose of being able to contact you in a timely manor and to continue a smooth communication process.
Other then communication regarding services paid for, your information is not used in any other way.
Any orders made after the completion of shooting will require the details to be held, by law.
I take your privacy very seriously and your information is never shared with anyone. The only third parties who will see your details are those whose services are required to help complete your booking such as:
– Delivery and Postage Service Providers to allow us to send you documentation and orders you have placed. (Information shared includes Name, Address and in some case e-mail address / mobile number)
– Law Enforcement and Legal Requirements – we will provide data to law enforcement agencies if issued with a court order to do so.
- If my second shooter requires an address to capture preparations then they will be given the contact number in case of an emergency.
Most data we collect is retained until the booking is complete. Only your email is kept indefinitely to allow me to provide a better service to you as a customer in the event that you contact us again in the future.
If you leave a comment on the website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
We are also legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, for example sale order records, payment records etc.
You may request a copy of any data that is stored about you and we will comply with any requests as per the guidance of the Information Commissioner’s Office.
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
