Thornton Manor is a stunning Manor house in the heart of the Wirral. It is decked out from top to bottom in antiques and historical paintings so was the perfect place for the traditional fairytale wedding of Chantal and Mark who tied the knot on August 17th 2018!
Chantal looked stunning, going for a traditional bridal look with a vintage twist. The girls kept it nice and simple, doing their own make up which created such a chilled atmosphere during the preparations!
The boys looked so dapper in their tails with soft pink pocket squares and ties to match the bridesmaids. Everything was completely subtle but then the bouquets where what added the flash of colour intense colour just to bring a little flare.
Thornton itself doesn’t and didn’t need much styling at all with the music room already being grand and opulent but little touched helped bring the couples own style to this beautiful venue.
The whole day, although traditional with a church ceremony and a sermon performed by Marks priest from his home church all the way in Croatia, was as laid back and fuss free as could be. Everything went smoothly and with a flare of light hearted fun! From her Dads pride and joy vintage car, decorated by her little sister….to the personalised readings and prayers in church, everything had a nod to this beautiful couples journey together.
